Include the app name and version, your device and operating system, and the steps that led to the problem. You can attach a screenshot in your email app — just remove any personal information first.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Absolutely. Choose “Feature suggestion” and describe the problem you would like to solve. A real example helps me understand how the idea could work for you.
